Grass
pollen allergy - hay fever.
I'm one of those
unfortunate people suffering from one of
the modern diseases: allergy -
specifically grass pollen allergy - also
commonly known as hay fever.
So even though I
just love summer - sun and warm weather -
running nose and itching red eyes, are
the side effects of grass pollen allergy.
Hay fever isn't fun at all.
To try to help
against the symptons of hay fever, I take
allergy antihistamine pills - a brand
called Alnok containing cetirizin.
Unfortunately,
products with antihistamine also cause me
to be very tired - and a bit
"edgy" - just ask my wife...
I have seen a new
product that has been developped called grazax - that eventually should
make your immune system accept the grass
pollen better, and therefore lessen your
allergy / hay fever.
I'm holding my
fingers crossed.
